Employee Spotlight: Meet Courtney Wallace
Role: Administrative Care Manager

In this employee spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Courtney Wallace, and share more about her role, journey into senior care, and what makes her such a valued member of the Seaside team.

What is your role and what does a typical day look like for you?

My day is filled with a variety of things, but mostly, I help with scheduling all the therapy and nursing visits. I also maintain compliance records for our staff.

What got you started in a senior care career?

After moving to Florida, looking for a new start, I met great people who loved to help seniors about 9 years ago and have worked in the industry since.  I realized, quickly, that I love to make a difference and help those in need.

What brought you to Seaside Home Health Care?

When the opportunity arose to continue to make a difference in senior’s lives, alongside Seaside, I took it without hesitation.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love that I get to make things easier for those who need help, whether it be patients, other administrative staff, or clinical staff.

What project or accomplishment are you the most proud of?

Being a staff coordinator for a large home care agency can be stressful.  I did it for 9 years and I am so proud of what I did and how much I learned.

What skills are most important to your success?

Being that every one who calls or we encounter just need a little help, being understanding and patient helps me be most successful!

What do you like most about working at Seaside Home Health Care?

Out team is truly the best!  It’s what I love the most.

How would you describe our team in 3 words?

Devoted, Caring and Understanding!

What differentiates Seaside from other agencies?

I have seen a lot in the near decade of providing care, and Seaside has the drive to provide the very best, everyday.  Not all agencies are that way and it shows.

What does success look like to you?

At the end of the day, I feel successful when I make a difference for those in need.
