Employee Spotlight: Meet Bill Dattilo
Role: Director of Finance

In this employee spotlight, we’re excited to introduce Bill Dattilo, our Director of Finance, and share more about his role, journey into senior care, and what makes him such a valued member of the Seaside team.
What is your role and what does a typical day look like for you?
I do a lot of different things, but my main focus is being responsible for the financial department- billing and payroll. I also help seniors with home management and maintenance. You can learn more about that here!
What got you started in a senior care career?
For nearly 20 years, I have worked in different aspects of senior care. I love making a difference and I saw a way to use my business degree to help others.
What brought you to Seaside Home Health Care?
I love the forward thinking of the leaders. We believe that our clients should have the best possible care available. By making available consistency of care and making most service available to them, they would be able to live long happy lives.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Honestly, I truly love the people that I work with. They truly care about others!
What project or accomplishment are you the most proud of?
Being part of watching senior care grow and evolve. What started as services to help seniors a few hours weekly has become a full skilled Home Health Agency. Being a one-stop-shop for people needing help is something I am super proud to be part of.
What skills are most important to your success?
I have a lot of grace to deal with difficult conversations and I think that my communication and customer service skills are the most important.
How would you describe our team in 3 words?
Loving, Dedicated, and People-Centric!
What differentiates Seaside from other agencies?
We truly do make care specialized- whether it is taking the extra time to introduce a care provider, celebrating senior’s birthdays, communication with loved ones, or even attending funerals, it really is personal.
What does success look like to you?
Success to me: Well, that’s simple- I want to follow what God has for me and become what He has created me to be!
